David W. Coulter is a wedding photojournalist based in the Pocono Mountains of
Pennsylvania. He photographs weddings in Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Mount Pocono,
Skytop, Reeders, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, the Lehigh Valley and all of Northeast
Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey. David is also available for wedding photography at
